SalesIntel is the top revenue intelligence platform on the market. Our unique approach to data collection, enhancement, verification, and growth distinguishes us from the market, solidifying our position as the best B2B data partner.

SalesIntel is looking for a Product Manager for our data enrichment and integration services. Our data assets are at the heart of everything we do, and our enrichment and integration services allow our clients to move this data where they need it most – into their CRMs and marketing tools. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to develop and enhance solutions that meet the needs of our clients using our data in many different ways to help grow their business. You’ll also contribute to roadmap development and prioritization for your product lines.

The successful Product Manager has at least two-to-four years of prior experience as a product owner or product manager for a SaaS or DaaS product, managing requirements and delivery. The candidate should be a skilled communicator, both spoken and written, who can retain a calm focus and direction amidst the many moving parts of a growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive development of our integrations, enrichment services, and Salesforce Managed Package.
  • Define requirements and work with technical and non-technical resources to accomplish goals.
  • Conduct customer discovery and market research to determine the future of these product lines and provide input into our roadmap and backlog.
  • Become a subject matter expert in your product line, educate internal users about new features, provide feedback about external enablement in partnership with product marketing, and triage inbound issues and requests.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. based
  • Bachelor’s degree or sufficient equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years as a SaaS or DaaS Product Manager, with a minimum of four years total experience, preferably including some experience in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of how integrations between product platforms are built and experience contributing to or building these integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and application packages is preferred. We also work with HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, and Outreach.
  • Ability to set feature-level requirements and priorities, while contributing thoughtfully to a cohesive product-level roadmap.
  • Iterative thinker and planner, valuing progress with an eye towards the bigger picture.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, including directly with engineers to set requirements and manage projects, and with go-to-market teams to coordinate enablement and communications efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with JIRA or other software development project tracking software.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

The Product Management Team

You will join a vibrant and experienced team that believes in building products that make our clients’ lives better. You will be encouraged to think of creative solutions and develop strong partnerships with your product management counterparts, in order to deliver features that our clients enjoy using. We support our go-to-market teams in developing the association between SalesIntel products and our clients’ professional success. Our team members are independent thinkers who lean on each other to share experiences, develop ideas, and implement collaborative solutions.

SalesIntel has a globally-distributed and virtual-first delivery team. This is a U.S. based position and all R&D team members must be available regularly between the core hours of 8:30am and 1pm US Eastern Time; your additional working hours are flexible but determined by agreement between you and your manager and should prioritize coverage of US business hours.
