JOB OVERVIEW:
As the Director, Demand Generation you will oversee multiple facets of SalesIntel’s marketing operation including digital, social, event, content, and product communication. You will manage an existing team of full-time employees and part-time consultants. The right team member will have strong demand generation experience and a track record of scaled success. This position requires a ‘player coach’ – someone who will roll up their sleeves to drive initiatives to completion while providing management and coaching to develop the team.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Marketing and Marketing leadership responsibility
  • 7+ years of digital experience including paid advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful track record of managing a Marketing team at a high-growth business
  • Fluent in the Mar-tech landscape and the ability to stay ahead of the curve
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of SalesIntel’s offerings and industry trends
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to understand market needs / pain points and position how Salesintel solves these problems
  • Strong time management and project management skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Report directly to the CEO & CRO
  • Own the digital channels including advertising, social and content
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders including Demand Gen, Sales and Account Management to define, execute, and adjust the overall growth strategy
  • Manage an existing team and recruit and train new employees as needed
  • Coordinate new product releases to both prospects and existing clients
  • Gather data needed to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Provide leadership and coaching to drive team success and create an environment that fosters accountability
  • Coordinate and align initiatives so the team operate in a cohesive unit
  • Manage a robust event schedule
