Todd Busler

Founder & CEO of Champify

I am a passionate and driven leader who believes that the B2B GTM motion is changing dramatically. I am on a mission to make outbound selling more human, personalized, scalable, and enjoyable for both sides. Before starting Champify, I was an Operator in Residence at Unusual Ventures, where I partnered closely with early-stage founders on all things Go-To-Market. Prior to that, I was an early employee at Heap, eventually becoming the VP of Sales, where I helped open the NYC office and lead a team of 25+ AEs/SDRs responsible for $15m+ in new ARR annually.

Andrew Palmer

Director of Business Development at SalesIntel

A proven, consultative sales coach and mentor that challenges Andrew’s team to exceed revenue goals through a competitive culture and collaboration. His hands on experience of managing over 200 Sales Development Representatives and 20 frontline Sales Managers over the last 5+ years gives me a wealth of experience to draw from and has prepared to manage any personality effectively. Andrew uses data to drive decisions to address team challenges forecast goals. Additionally, he use these insights to create trainings, focus coaching to drive success and revenue across the team.
