Can I buy SalesIntel data on a per-contract basis or buy one-off contact lists?
SalesIntel does not offer data on a per-contact basis or provide flat files on a one-off basis. SalesIntel’s annual license not only offers customers human-verified contact information, the license comes along with features and functionality such as Buyer Intent Data, Data Enrichment, VisitorIntel and Research On Demand to enable sales and marketing teams to combine 95% accurate company and contact data with industry leading insights. The platform also offers the ability to easily export SalesIntel’s data directly to a file, sales CRM or email marketing system.

Can I sign up with Gmail/Outlook email address?
To access the SalesIntel platform you must provide a valid business email address through registration. You are unable to utilize Gmail, Outlook, or any other common personal email provider through our service.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For the “Individual” and “Individual Pro” Plans, SalesIntel accepts major credit card providers through our Stripe.com self-service portal. If you would like to discuss Teams Plans please contact our team to discuss corporate pricing options.

How am I billed?
When you sign up for a monthly Individual or Individual Pro account, we will charge your credit card monthly based on the date you created your account. For Individual and Individual Pro annual plan discounts, we will charge your credit card for the full annual payment on the date you create your account, and then again at the current annual plan renewal rate on each one-year anniversary of your account creation date until you cancel.
Teams accounts are annual subscriptions, not monthly. Our sales team can discuss payment options that work for your organization, including annual, quarterly, or monthly billing.

Can I upgrade/downgrade plans?
You are able to upgrade and downgrade Individual plans for the next period by contacting the SalesIntel team at: support@salesintel.com
Any credits are features from the original plan will be removed after the monthly period.

How much does SalesIntel’s Teams subscription cost?
SalesIntel’s Teams licensing price can vary based on the following criteria:
- Number of user licenses
- Apps and modules (e.g. Intent, VisitorIntel, InboxIntel, Data Enrichment)
- Usage credits for Export, Research on Demand, Enrichment

What is a Credit?
The ability to view contact information from a specific contact you discover on the SalesIntel platform is referred to as a credit. When you reveal contact information, you consume a credit on your account and have access to that information.

Do my credits roll over?
Credits are available for each billing period and cannot be redeemed in the next billing period. For example, if you sign up for a monthly Individual and Individual Pro plan and do not use all of your allotted credits, they will expire at the end of your monthly billing period and your new monthly credit count will appear in your account starting the next billing period. Annual accounts, whether Individual or Teams, allocate your credits annually for use any time during your account plan year.
