You will be joining a growth company, be part of a driven team that wants to win in a well established multi-billion dollar market, and interested in learning the sales profession in a collaborative environment with mentorship from a veteran sales and marketing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:  

  • Growing brand awareness by making 90 calls per day, sending 100 emails, and leveraging LinkedIn messages to connect with our target market 
  • Building sales pipeline by scheduling meetings with qualified prospects
  • Interacting  with prospects via channels such as telephone, email and social media with a high attention to detail and quality
  • Research companies, identifying key players, generating interest and developing accounts to stimulate opportunities
  • Transforming leads into qualified opportunities with training and support from marketing and sales to create and execute on marketing programs and outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Tracking all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce
  • Reporting on lead qualification(s) and call activity and providing feedback to marketing and sales leadership on what is working, and what is not
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of SalesIntel product and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions, handle objections and competitive questions
  • Become an expert in the growing B2B Data and Sales Intelligence industry
  • Collaborating with your fantastic BDR teammates via slack/ zoom on strategy, culture and ways in which we can grow as a company
  • Supporting Account Executives to build and close new deals and learning from them to become the Account Executive

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree – business, communications, marketing is a plus but not required!
  • 0-2 years of experience – Ideally in a customer facing role
  • Comfortable cold-calling prospects and decision-makers with high value content and messaging
  • Comfortable with the ambiguity – change is constant and important to success in the start-up world
  • Positive and energetic communication skills, phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing and presentation skills
  • A desire to learn new skills and build a career in sales
  • Highly adaptable to change and evolving strategy
  • Computer savvy, able to learn new digital software tools quickly
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn, messaging features
  • Exceptional level of drive and passion for results
  • Sales training and Salesforce experience a plus
  • 100% reliable and detail-oriented
  • Positive, can-do attitude and solid work ethic
