Cynthia Handal

Head of Global Sales at Simera

Cynthia – I define myself as a Sales Leader, but always down in the trenches with my team, I not only run outbound motions and the BDR team at Simera, but I also do full cycle sales, which is my passion!

At Simera, our team has pioneered sales department foundations, establishing robust strategies that have cultivated over $10MM in the pipeline within the past six months. Our focus on comprehensive business development has resulted in over 2500 successful product demonstrations, contributing significantly to the company’s expansive growth.

Leading the charge in developing the BDR Team, we’ve crafted a playbook that has become the cornerstone of our sales process—encompassing email templates, training materials, and cold call scripts. The sales training programs I’ve implemented have empowered our team to maintain a BDR churn rate below 3%, with over 500 customers and a growing placement of over 1,000 candidates across the Globe.
