ADSINTEL ADDENDUM

Where Client orders SalesIntel’s “AdsIntel Module” or “Module“, meaning SalesIntel’s ad intelligence add-on feature provided by SalesIntel together with its partner (“Partner“) made accessible through the SaaS, under an Order Form, the following additional terms under this Addendum shall apply.

A. Ad Spend. Client’s use of the ad inventory and related functionalities under the Module will incur additional fees (“Ad Spend Fees“), which will be payable to SalesIntel’s Partner as further identified in an Order Form. In the event of any outstanding uncleared Ad Spend Fees owed by Client, Client will be required to provide a valid credit or debit card in order to clear such outstanding amounts. A convenience fee of three and half percent (3.5%) will apply to payments made via US-based credit cards, and a fee of 4.5% will apply to international or non-USD credit card payments. A late payment fee of 2% per month, or the maximum allowed under applicable law, may be charged by the SalesIntel Partner on late payments. 

B. Ad Standards Compliance. Clients and its Users shall comply at all times with the SalesIntel Partner’s and their partners’ published ad standards, specifications, guidelines and security requirements, available at https://support.salesintel.io/hc/en-us/articles/43347603145113, or as otherwise referenced by SalesIntel, and as may be updated from time to time (collectively, “Ad Standards”). The SalesIntel Partner and their partners may reject any non-compliant ads and may suspend any campaigns of Client’s where such reasonably determine that any Client ads do not confirm to the applicable Ad Standards. SalesIntel will notify Client (via email or through the SaaS) upon any such rejection or suspension by its Partner of Client’s ads or Client’s use of the Module. Client understands and acknowledges that if Client fails to cure its non-compliance within five (5) calendar days of notice, or if Client repeatedly fails to comply more than five (5) times in any calendar quarter, Client accounts to the Module may be blocked.
