JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re a fast-growing startup looking for an energetic, highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and support day-to-day business operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in being dependable, and wants to be part of a collaborative and growing team.

You will play an important role in supporting office operations, team culture, and light cross-functional administrative tasks. No two days will look exactly the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Office & Workplace Operations:

  • Coordinate day-to-day office needs to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, and team lunches during events
  • Help organize internal events, team gatherings, and cultural activities
  • Support logistics for meetings, office events and in-office visitors

Business Operations Support:

  • Assist with business travel arrangements and scheduling support when needed
  • Help coordinate company events and offsite logistics
  • Provide Cross-Functional Support to vp of finance and operations
  • Provide Recruiting Support by reviewing and sorting resumes and scheduling candidates for interviews

Executive Support (as needed):

  • Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including the CEO,CRO, and VP of Finance


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-8 years experience
  • Prior experience in office operations, business operations, or administrative roles in a technology company
  • Experience supporting events, travel coordination, or recruiting logistics
  • Exposure to startup and fast growing environments

REPORTING: This position will report to the VP of finance

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time / Full-Time (We are open to both part time and full time roles)

LOCATION: In-office role based in Tysons Corner

SHIFT TIMINGS: Monday through Thursday – (4–5 hours per day for Part time option)
