Research-on-Demand made Simple

Arlington, VA, March 4, 2021: SalesIntel is delighted to announce a series of upgrades to our industry leading Research on Demand (RoD) program that will enhance the user experience significantly and deliver users high quality data more rapidly than ever before.

The real highlight of the upgrade work is the ability for a user to track their ticket’s process throughout the evolution of the research ticket natively in the SalesIntel portal. When a RoD ticket is opened, a user can track that ticket so that they know exactly when they can expect a turnaround of their request, from the time of reception up through the final level of QA prior to delivery.

In addition to the tracking system, the systematic upgrades include:

  • Updates to the SalesIntel platform with the requested data within two hours of research completion
  • The ability to view and access all of the user’s open RoD tickets
  • Share a user’s RoD tickets with team members
  • View contacts delivered via RoD in the SalesIntel system
  • More efficient export of Research on Demand data
