We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for readying our product and driving initiatives specifically to open up product-led growth opportunities. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team in creating an optimal user experience for online purchase. You’ll balance a deep understanding of the customer journey with a data-driven approach to decision making that ensures we’re driving value for both our customers and the business.

The successful Product Manager has prior experience managing self-service or PLG products or features. You are a skilled communicator, both spoken and written, who can retain a calm focus and direction amidst the many moving parts of a growing business. Most of all, you are passionate about creative experimentation and measurement, using qualitative observations and quantitative analytics to drive decisions and constantly improve outcomes. The ideal candidate has a history of successfully growing products through a wide range of approaches.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify the areas of opportunity and improvement in our product lines to open up a self-service market
  • Define requirements and work with technical and non-technical resources to accomplish goals
  • Determine the customer journey from trial sign-up to conversion, measure all aspects, and continually test toward improving outcomes
  • Develop and implement ongoing approaches to experimentation
  • Own a number for our self-service revenue stream

Who You Are:

  • A minimum of four years as Product Manager, with direct experience working on self-service and Product-Led Growth products
  • Understands that the keys to PLG success focuses on activation and retention in the product experience, not just user acquisition
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset – you love working with spreadsheets, data dashboards, BI platforms, conversion-rate-optimization tools, etc.
  • Knows how to measure success by setting the right KPIs and establishing the analytics required to assess them
  • Ability to set feature-level requirements and priorities, while contributing thoughtfully to a cohesive product-level roadmap
  • Iterative thinker and planner, valuing progress with an eye towards the bigger picture
  • Experience working cross-functionally, including directly with engineers to set requirements and manage projects, and with go-to-market teams to coordinate enablement and communications efforts
  • Strong understanding of the concepts behind the technical delivery of SaaS and DaaS products, particularly in a startup environment
  • Experience with JIRA or other software development project tracking software

On this team, you will be encouraged to think of creative solutions and develop strong partnerships with your engineering counterparts in order to deliver features that our clients enjoy using. We support our go-to-market teams in developing the association between SalesIntel products and our clients’ professional success. Our product team members are independent thinkers who lean on each other to share experiences, develop ideas, and implement collaborative solutions.
