We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager with the right energy, remarkable writing skills, personal drive, and track record of success as a customer marketer to join our team! You will be responsible for driving our customer communication strategy. You will support our Customer Success strategy and leadership team to help ensure retention as well as aggressive renewal and expansion targets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborate with CS leadership on customer lifecycle communication strategy and implement that strategy
Execute the customer marketing strategy to support customers throughout their lifecycle stages of onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and evangelist
Create content that may include product training for SalesIntel Academy, FAQs, webinar presentations, customer newsletters, etc.
Partner with product marketing to enable customers to unlock value in using SalesIntel
Coordinate with event marketing team to organize customer field events and user conferences
Work with Demand Generation team to create winback campaigns for churned customers
Develop a program to galvanize the customer base to help enhance our brand presence in various sites and communities such as G2 and Modern Sales Pros
Manage customer success platform- ChurnZero
Work with Revenue Ops team to optimize CS workflow automations
Report on success of campaigns
3+ years in demand generation, content and or product marketing
A “GSD” attitude with strong track record of executing at a high level
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
Customer first mindset
Strong attention to detail is needed
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
BA/ BS or equivalent experience
