With SalesIntel’s native Hubspot integration, you can now export contacts directly to HubSpot, select contact owners and assign contacts to a workflow.
Here’s how it works!
The first thing you need to know is where to find your HubSpot settings. After you log in to SalesIntel, go to your name in the top right corner and select Hubspot settings. You’ll then be prompted to log into HubSpot.
Once you’ve done that you’ll see we’ve automatically turned on two settings for you: prompt for workflows and prompt for contact owners. You’ll use these options when exporting contacts.
Export Contacts Directly to HubSpot
To export contacts to Hubspot, simply enter your search criteria, select the contacts you want and go to Bulk Actions to export a handful of contacts or you can select “Export All” to export every contact in this search.
Remember that Hubspot only allows 5,000 contact imports at one time. If you have more than 5,000 you can export all to a CSV to break down your exports into smaller groups or add more filters to narrow your search.
If you are exporting less than 5,000 contacts, SalesIntel will prompt you to select the number of contacts you’d like to export from one company. This Company Contact Export Limit can help you use your export credits wisely to maximize your reach. If you don’t want to set a limit simply leave the field blank and click “next”
Then select export to HubSpot. Then you’ll be able to choose the contact owner by selecting their name. After that, we give you the option to export these contacts to a specific workflow. Just select the workflow you want and click ‘next’.
SalesIntel will then check to see if you’ve selected contacts that already exist in HubSpot and will de-dupe any duplicate contacts. Once you’ve selected an option click ‘next’ and you’ll see that those contacts have successfully exported to HubSpot.
And that’s it! How to export contacts from SalesIntel to Hubspot.
